Experimental investigations on the stability of clayey sloping seabed under wave actions

چکیده
A series of wave flume tests have been performed in this paper to investigate the responses clayey sloping seabed under actions, including characteristics shoaling, topography and excess pore pressure. Different heights H, water depths D two slope angles β (4° 10°) were adopted their effects analyzed. It is found that obvious shoaling appears during process propagation along seabed. There are primarily failure modes actions: for bank seabed, waves propagate break on soil scoured as pieces; submerged a large area shallow landslide occurs from top bottom. also plunging pressure response can be divided into three modes.
